The above series of pictures were displayed Sept. 29th - Nov. 25. 2001 at

the New York Hall of Science at the exhibition Digital'01

and from Dec. 7 - Jan. 25 at Silicon Gallery, Philadelphia.

The pictures display energy levels of the discrete quantum pendulum at certain energies and discretizations.

The exhibition had been curated by Art & Science Collaborations, Inc. New York City, also briefly known as Asci. Art & Science Collaborations, Inc. was founded in 1988 by curator Cynthia Panucci. It was one of the first organizations to focus on art-science collaborations. Among others Asci hosted collaboration opportunities for artists and scientists on its former website at the URL www.asci.org. The website belongs now to another organization. As of 2026 there still exist though an active community as ASCI - Art & Science Collaborations, Inc. - Facebook group.
